These terms apply when you use the Smombie app or this website. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Smombie
You may use Smombie for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the rules, app selections and breaks you set up.
Smombie Pro
Smombie Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or yearly. New subscribers may get a free trial; when it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe.
Apple handles billing, refunds and restoring purchases under its terms.
Screen Time limits
Smombie depends on Apple's Screen Time frameworks and iOS behavior. Blocking may be delayed or unavailable because of permissions, settings, system updates or technical problems. Don't rely on Smombie where a failure could cause harm or loss.
No warranty
Smombie is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
